God Has Made A Way For All Of Us To Be Forgiven

We have confirmed the Bible to be true through fulfilled predictions/prophecy, miracles, and proven power over death. If the Bible is confirmed to be true in these ways, we can believe that it is true in other areas related to us.

One way that relates to us is our separation from God. It is a long story, but to simplify, Adam and Eve did what God told them not to do in the Garden of Eden by eating from the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This caused a separation in the relationship that they had with God in the garden. What actually separated them was the sin of which they had gained knowledge. A sin can be something as small as telling a lie, stealing something that doesn't belong to you, or doing something you know you aren't supposed to do.

I'm sure we have all committed one of these sins which would separate us from God. Even doing it one time would be the sin that separates us from God. However, God made a way to cleanse or remove this sin and put us back in relationship with him. He sent his son to shed his blood to pay the price for our sin. The bible says "Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin".

Okay, so God has made a way. What must we do to receive this way. He says all we have to do is confess his son as Lord, and believe in our heart that God has raised his son from the dead. If we have done this, right relationship is restored. The price is paid for the sin.

Read along with me and see what the bible says.

Who Is Worthy Of Heaven?

In Romans 3:10, the Bible says "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.

Who Has Sinned?

In Romans 3:23, it says,

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God".

That puts all of us in the same category - none better, none worse. We are all sinners.

Where Sin Came From

Romans 5:12 says, "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.

God's Price On Sin

Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord".

Our Way Out

Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth His love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:13 - For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

What this means is, if we will call out to the Lord Jesus, his death on the cross will be the payment required for our sins, and we will receive the free gift of salvation.

If you would like to do this, just repeat the following prayer.

"Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner. I do believe that Jesus Christ died for me to pay my sin debt, and the best I know how, I trust Him now as my Saviour. From this moment on, I will depend on Him for my salvation.

If you have just said this prayer, the bible says that the angels in heaven are rejoicing because you have said it. Is that incredible? A very important thing to do now is to find a church where you can be taught the word of God (the Bible), worship, and get to know other believers.
